maintenance history of a vehicle;
ownership history of a vehicle (naming data);
other data relevant to the agreement in question.

5. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

No sale of personal data to third parties

We would like to remain honest and transparent about the use of your personal data. Your personal data that you have provided to us in order to be able to make use of the services of Green World Mobility B.V., will only be used for the purposes mentioned below. We will not sell your personal data to third parties, but data can be exchanged with our other dealers and branches within the aforementioned purposes.

Purpose and use of personal data

As a dealer, Green World Mobility B.V. provides products and services in the field of automotive and industry-oriented activities. We collect and use your personal data that you have entrusted to us in order to be of service to you or to inform you. When concluding a product, purchasing a service or when you have contact with Green World Mobility B.V., Green World Mobility B.V. records personal data. Green World Mobility B.V. processes these personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing our services and for the purposes mentioned below.

Prevention of fraud and abuse.Unfortunately, companies, including Green World Mobility B.V., are sometimes confronted with incorrectly submitted claims or declarations. This does not benefit Green World Mobility B.V. and its clients. Personal data can also be used to prevent this kind of abuse.

Green World Mobility B.V. will suspend the execution of your request until you have provided the (further) specification.

We have drawn up our privacy statement on 01-09-2019. Green World Mobility B.V. reserves the right to amend its privacy policy. Green World Mobility B.V. therefore advises you to regularly check this page for changes. We will inform you of any substantial changes to our privacy policy.
